Return & Refund Policy

At Idea Max, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us first — our team will review your situation and do our best to resolve it quickly.
General Policy

Refunds or reprints for transfers and supplies may be requested within 45 days of receiving your order.

Blank apparel may be returned within 30 days of the order date.

Blank drinkware may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include your Order # inside the box.
Reprints & Refunds

If there is a verified defect in print quality or adhesion, we will reprint your order at no additional cost.

Issues caused by low-resolution artwork or improperly prepared design files are not covered.

Requests for refunds or reprints for other reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by management.
Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

A confirmation email will be sent after checkout to verify all order information.

Orders shipped outside the continental United States are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Shipping Fees (NEW)
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
For all other returns, customers are responsible for both the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs.
Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.

If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer.
