How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website. Simply upload your design file, choose your print size, quantity, and checkout. No minimum order required.
What file formats do you accept?
We recommend high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI, transparent background). JPG, PDF, or SVG may also work, but PNG ensures the best print results.
Can I upload multiple designs in one order?
Yes. You can upload several designs, or combine them into a gang sheet to save on costs.
Do you check files before printing?
Yes, our system automatically checks file size, DPI, and transparency. If any issues are detected, we’ll contact you before production.
🎨 Print & Quality
What materials can your transfers be applied to?
Our DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, and more. They’re perfect for t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and even dark fabrics.
Are the prints durable?
Absolutely. With proper pressing and washing, our prints last 50+ washes without cracking or fading.
Do the prints feel heavy or stiff?
No. We use premium film and powder for a soft, flexible feel after pressing.
🚚 Shipping & Turnaround
How long does production take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Larger or bulk orders may require additional time.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. You can select expedited shipping at checkout for faster delivery.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. mainland. Shipping times vary by location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
🔄 Returns & Issues
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before printing begins. Once production starts, we’re unable to make modifications.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive defective or incorrect prints, please email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll review and issue a replacement if applicable.
Do you accept returns?
Because all transfers are custom-made, we don’t accept returns or refunds unless the product is defective.
🔥 Heat Press Instructions
What temperature and time should I use?
Press at 315–325 °F (160 °C) for 15 seconds with medium-heavy pressure, then peel cold.
Can I use a household iron?
We recommend a heat press machine for consistent temperature and pressure.
Can I re-press if edges lift?
Yes, re-press with a Teflon sheet for 5–10 seconds.
📁 Design & Artwork
Do you offer design help?
We currently don’t provide full design services, but we can assist with basic setup or resizing if needed.
Do you add a white underbase automatically?
Yes, white ink is automatically added for non-transparent areas to ensure color accuracy on dark fabrics.
Will my colors match exactly?
We do our best to match your digital design, but slight variations may occur due to printer and monitor differences.
