Because we print custom-to-order, we can't accept returns for buyer's-remorse or design errors in your uploaded file. Double-check your layout before ordering.
Pressing Instructions
- Pre-press the garment — 5–10 seconds to flatten and remove moisture.
- Cut & position — trim the design from the sheet, film side down.
- Press — approx. 300–320°F (150–160°C) for 10–15 seconds with medium-firm pressure.
- Peel — [hot peel / cold peel — confirm with your film].
- Second press — re-press 5–10 seconds with parchment or a Teflon sheet to lock it in.
Settings vary by press and fabric — always test on a scrap piece first. Wash inside-out, cold, and avoid harsh dryers.
Shipping & Returns

Returns. Because sheets are printed custom-to-order, we don't accept returns for change-of-mind or uploaded-art errors. If there's a print defect or fulfillment error on our end, contact us within [14] days and we'll make it right.
Art Upload Recommendations
- Format: PNG with a transparent background (no white box behind designs)
- Resolution: 300 dpi at actual print size
- Color mode: RGB (we handle the conversion for print)
- Transparency: remove the background fully — leftover pixels will print
- Spacing: leave a little gap between designs for easy cutting
- Sizing: build each design at the exact size you want it pressed
