When do I get my 15% off?

Your coupon is added to your account automatically as soon as your friend completes their first paid order. You'll receive an email notification when it's ready to use.

What counts as a qualifying first order?

Any paid DTF or POD order. Free sample requests do not count as a qualifying first purchase.

How does my friend claim their 15%?

When your friend signs up using your referral link, their 15% discount is automatically available at checkout on their first paid order. They just need to make sure they signed up through your link.

What if my friend forgot to use my link?

Unfortunately, we can only track referrals that come through your unique link. Please make sure your friend uses the link when they create their account.

Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?

10 referrals every 6 months. You'll earn a 15% reward for each friend who completes their first paid order.

Can I use my referral reward together with my rewards points?

Yes, you can still use your reward points at checkout with the referral discount.
