Welcome to Idea Max. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing from Idea Max.
1. Use of Our Website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.
- You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You may not use our website, products, or services to infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or restrict access to our website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity has occurred.
2. Product Information & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, pricing, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However:
- Colors displayed on screens may differ from the colors of the final printed product due to monitor settings, artwork characteristics, printing processes, materials, and other factors.
- Product dimensions and transfer sizes may be subject to minor manufacturing tolerances.
- Product images and mockups may be provided for visual, size, or placement reference only.
- We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information or pricing at any time.
- Product availability may change without notice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, listings for DTF transfers, transfer sets, and gang sheets are for physical printed products only.
No digital artwork file is included with the purchase of a physical transfer or gang sheet.
3. DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets
Idea Max offers physical printed transfer products, including individual DTF transfers, transfer sets, and gang sheets.
By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that:
- The product you are purchasing is a physical transfer unless the product listing expressly states otherwise.
- Transfers may require appropriate heat-press equipment, temperature, pressure, time, peeling method, and application technique.
- Application results may vary depending on the garment, fabric composition, heat press, operator technique, and other conditions outside of our control.
- Customers are responsible for confirming that the transfer and application method are appropriate for their intended material or product.
- Application instructions provided by Idea Max are general guidance and should be followed together with any product-specific instructions.
Idea Max is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, handling, application, heat-press settings, garment incompatibility, or failure to follow applicable instructions.
4. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information.
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless we have separately agreed to other payment terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including orders associated with suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.
- If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue any applicable refund in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
Orders containing customized, made-to-order, or printed-to-order products may be subject to additional restrictions as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Customer-Submitted Artwork
If you upload, email, submit, or otherwise provide artwork, designs, logos, text, photographs, trademarks, graphics, or other content to Idea Max for printing or production ("Customer Content"), you represent and warrant that:
- You own the Customer Content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to use and reproduce it;
- Our production of your order will not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party; and
- The Customer Content does not violate applicable law.
You retain any rights you have in your Customer Content.
By submitting Customer Content to us, you grant Idea Max a limited right to use, reproduce, resize, arrange, process, and print that content solely as reasonably necessary to manufacture, fulfill, and support your order.
Idea Max does not obtain ownership of Customer Content merely because it is submitted for printing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing content that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate for production.
6. Intellectual Property & Licensed Artwork
The Idea Max name, logo, website design, website content, product photography, original graphics, layouts, written materials, software, and other original materials created by or for Idea Max are owned by or licensed to Idea Max and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Certain artwork featured in our physical transfer products may be used pursuant to commercial licenses obtained from third-party designers, licensors, marketplaces, or other rights holders.
Ownership and copyright in such underlying artwork remain with the applicable rights holders.
The purchase of a physical DTF transfer, transfer set, or gang sheet:
- Does not transfer ownership or copyright in the underlying artwork;
- Does not provide the purchaser with the original PNG, SVG, EPS, AI, PSD, or other digital source file;
- Does not grant the purchaser the right to distribute, sublicense, sell, share, or provide the underlying artwork as a digital file;
- Does not grant the purchaser the right to scan, trace, digitize, extract, or otherwise recreate the artwork for the purpose of producing additional copies or digital files.
A physical transfer may be applied to a physical item for its intended use, subject to any restrictions stated on the applicable product page and applicable law.
Nothing in the purchase of a physical product should be interpreted as a transfer of intellectual property ownership.

7. Digital Files & Artwork Redistribution
Unless a product is expressly identified as a digital product, Idea Max products do not include downloadable artwork files.
Customers may not extract, reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, upload, share, or resell digital versions of artwork appearing on our physical transfer products.
The availability of an image on our website for product-preview purposes does not grant permission to copy, download, reproduce, or commercially exploit that image or the underlying artwork.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the estimated timelines provided on our website.
However, delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Carrier delays;
- Weather;
- Holidays;
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
- Customs or regulatory delays;
- Events outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Title and risk of loss will pass in accordance with applicable law and the applicable shipping arrangement.
If an order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us promptly so that we can review the issue.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our separately published Return & Refund Policy.
Because certain Idea Max products are printed, customized, or made to order, additional return restrictions may apply to those products as disclosed in our Return & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to reject return or refund requests that do not comply with the applicable policy, subject to applicable law.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website, products, or services to:
- Violate applicable law;
- Infringe intellectual property rights;
- Submit artwork you are not authorized to reproduce;
- Commit fraud or misrepresent your identity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems;
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically collect our website content or product artwork without authorization;
- Distribute malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology;
- Interfere with the security or operation of our website.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Idea Max and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, products, or services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a product or order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Idea Max for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Idea Max, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Customer Content submitted by you;
- Your infringement or alleged infringement of a third party's intellectual property or other rights;
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of our website, products, or services.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, applications, or services.
We are not responsible for the independent practices, content, terms, or privacy policies of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we may update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page. Unless otherwise required by law, changes become effective when posted.
Your continued use of our website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
