Points expire if your account has been inactive for 365 days. Placing any order resets the clock.

When do I get points after placing an order?

Points are added automatically once your order ships. No action needed.

Can I earn points on blank purchases?

Blanks are already priced very low, so they don't earn points — but you can use your existing points to pay for blank orders.

How does my tier level get determined?

Your tier is based on total spending within a calendar year (January 1‒December 31) and updates automatically as you reach each threshold.

Is there a minimum to redeem?

No minimum. You can redeem from your very first point — 1 point = $0.01.

I had points before — where did they go?

We've upgraded the rewards program. Your previous purchase history has been converted to points in the new system.
