At Idea Max, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something is not right, please reach out to us first — our team will review your situation and do our best to resolve it quickly.

General Policy

  • Refunds or reprints may be requested within 45 days of receiving your order for transfers and supplies.

  • Blank apparel may be returned within 30 days of the order date.

  • Blank drinkware may also be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include your Order # inside the box.

Reprints & Refunds

  • If there is a defect in print quality or adhesion, we will reprint your order at no additional cost.

  • Issues caused by low-resolution or improperly prepared artwork files are not covered.

  • Requests for refunds or reprints for other reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by management.

Order Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

  • A confirmation email will be sent after checkout to verify all order details.

  • Orders shipped outside the continental United States are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.

  • If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer.
